Your subtitle files

The site does not send subtitle text, file bytes or filenames to a server.

Subtitle processing and downloads happen in your browser. Your original files stay unchanged.

Website requests

Opening the site downloads pages and supporting resources, including scripts, subtitle-rendering files and fonts. These website requests are separate from processing your subtitle files.

Website analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity for content-masked session replay, heatmaps and usage analysis to improve navigation and subtitle tools. It receives masked page structure, clicks, scrolling, generated visit and session identifiers, selected device information, page performance numbers and fixed error categories. Referrals are limited to the source domain and a fixed channel. Clarity may infer coarse location from the connection IP address.

Your subtitle text, file bytes, filenames, subtitle timing and cue content are excluded from analytics. Requests go directly to Microsoft through a pinned, modified SDK. Advertising storage is denied, ad integrations are not connected and third-party credentials are not sent.

Your analytics choice

Clarity starts in cookieless mode. Analytics cookies stay off until you allow them. Declining clears accessible Clarity storage on this site and continues cookieless analytics. Generated session identifiers still exist in cookieless mode; this is not a promise of complete anonymity or no requests.

We remember your choice, the time you actively make it and a notice version in localStorage for 180 days. Visits do not renew it. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice without interrupting subtitle processing. If saving fails, cookies stay off on the current page and the panel explains how to clear an older record. Previously sent data is not deleted by changing this choice.
